COVID-19 At-Home Tests Available Through Federal Government

On Monday, March 7, 2022, President Joe Biden announced that Americans who have already ordered a round of at-home COVID tests from the Federal government can now order another round of tests.

In January of 2022, The U.S. government launched https://www.covidtests.gov for American households to order four free COVID tests, and now another round of four tests can be ordered by households once again.

Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order two sets of four free at-home tests. If a first set was ordered during the first round in January 2022, households may place an order for a second set as of March 7.

The announcement came as a result of less than 300 million being ordered from the 500 million stockpile, allowing Americans the ability to order more tests if they wish to do so.

Once again, the United States Postal Service will handle the delivery of the tests, and the tests should be shipped within seven to twelve days at the time of ordering them.

To place an order visit https://www.covidtests.gov, or order by phone at 1-800-232-0233.
