Ferguson Township Welcomes New Human Resources Director, Molly Steele-Schrimp

Ferguson Township welcomes Molly Steele-Schrimp as the Township's first Human Resources Director.

Ms. Steele-Schrimp was the successful applicant to receive an offer after the Township reviewed over 40 resumes and interviewed 4 competitive applicants.

As the Director of Human Resources, Ms. Steele-Schrimp's responsibilities will focus on providing leadership, direction, and guidance to directors, supervisors, and employees regarding personnel policies, laws, and regulations as they relate to employee relations and employment. She will also provide plan administration for pension compliance for defined benefit and contribution plans.

Ms. Steele-Schrimp comes to Ferguson Township with 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field, most recently as Director of Human Resources for the City of Williamsport.
