Ferguson Township Welcomes IT Specialist Todd Falsone

Please welcome Mr. Todd Falsone, Ferguson Township's first IT Specialist / Systems Administrator. Mr. Falsone was the successful applicant to receive an offer after the Township received over 25 resumes and interviewed 6 competitive candidates.

Mr. Falsone is a graduate of Penns State University with over ten years of experience in IT Support, including almost six years of municipal government experience.

As the IT Specialist/Systems Administrator, Mr. Falsone's responsibilities will focus on providing end user support to the Township’s staff by diagnosing and resolving technology issues. This position is also responsible for providing setup assistance for various meetings at the Township both internally and externally. Mr. Falsone will work closely with the Township’s Managed Services Providers and outside vendors to ensure excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
