Ferguson Township Honors Detective Caleb Clouse
On May 15, 2023, the Board of Supervisors honored the Ferguson Township Police Department for outstanding cold case investigative work led by Detective Caleb Clouse.
In 2018, the Police Department allocated resources and appointed Detective Clouse to focus solely on investigating cold cases. With assistance from the Department and the Office of the Attorney General, the team was able to bring closure to a prominent case.
Detective Clouse demonstrated a commitment to what he calls "good old fashioned detective work." By reexamining evidence, following up on leads, and doing extensive research and consulting with experts, the team finally brought about a successful conviction.
