Ferguson Township Employees Participate in Day of Caring

On October 7, 2021, Ferguson Township staff volunteered for Centre County United Way's Day of Caring. 

Across Centre County, volunteers united to support the nonprofit agencies and organizations by doing various projects requested by the organizations. Ferguson Township office staff headed to The Rivet at Discovery Space on North Atherton Street. There they built 12 planter boxes for an upcoming event at the location. 

The Ferguson Township Public Works crew also got in on the action. They installed a concrete wheelchair ramp at Strawberry Fields Inc., a non-profit that provides comprehensive services for people with disabilities.
