Ferguson Township Draft 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan

Ferguson Township's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) helps guide the development of the Annual Operating Budget and enables the Board to prioritize expenditures based on need and financial stability. Updated annually, the CIP focuses on capital items, which are defined as having a cost greater than $2,500 and an expected life of longer than one year. In addition to identifying expenditures, the CIP also depicts the Township’s financial outlook over the next five years. 

The Draft 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan is available for review.

• Monday, July 10, 3:00 pm – CIP Road Tour
• Wednesday, July 12, 12:15 pm – Draft 2024-2028 CIP Hybrid Special Meeting #1
• Thursday, July 13, 12:15 pm – Draft 2024-2028 CIP Hybrid Special Meeting #2
• Tuesday, July 18, 7:00 pm – Regular Board of Supervisors Meeting, at which, the Board will review and discuss written responses to the Draft 2024-2028 CIP and authorize a Public Hearing for the August 1, 2023 Regular Meeting
• Tuesday, August 1, 7:00 pm – Public Hearing on a resolution to adopt the Draft 2024-2028 CIP
