EMS Week: May 21-27, 2023

The week of May 21-27, 2023, is Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week in Ferguson Township. This week is a time to honor and thank EMS staff and volunteers who wore tirelessly to provide essential lifesaving care to those in need.

EMS systems consist of fist responders, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency medical dispatchers, firefighters, police officers, educators, administrators, pre-hospital nurses, emergency nurses, emergency physicians, trained members of the public, and other out-of-hospital medical care providers.

Currently, two EMS providers serve Ferguson Township. Annual memberships with your local EMS provider are available and can ease the financial burden of ambulance services. Follow the links for more information:
