Disposal Options for Remaining Christmas Trees

WM has finished Christmas tree collection for this year. If you still have your tree and would like to dispose of it, there are two options:
- Drop off for recycling: Drop your tree off at the Hawbaker Recycle Center at 110 Hawbaker Industrial Drive. You will see a grass drop-off pad outside of the gates. Trees can be dropped off there this week or next.
- Place it out as "brush" for collection with your trash. You may need to cut it down a bit, but WM will take it as trash.

Christmas Tree Collection Postponed for Tuesday, January 9 and Wednesday, January 10, 2024
Due to the inclement weather, Christmas tree collection is postponed for Tuesday, January 9 and Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
The Centre Region Refuse and Recycling Program will send out details of the rescheduled collection as soon as possible. In the meantime, residents are asked to please keep all trees under cover (not at the curb). Trees covered by snow or frozen to the ground will not be collected.
