COVID-19 Relief for Rent, Mortgages, & Small Businesses

The federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, also known as the CARES Act, is a law to help people hurt financially by the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. 

The COVID-19 Relief Pennsylvania Statewide Small Business Assistance program will provide grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 to small businesses that have been economically impacted by COVID-19. Learn more about how to apply at dced.pa.gov.

CARES assistance is available to Centre County residents for rent relief and mortgage relief through the CARES Rent Relief Program (RRP) & the CARES Pandemic Mortgage Assistance Program (PMAP). Learn more about this program at phfa.org/pacares.
