2023 Refuse Collection Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Centre Region Council of Governments is conducting a 2023 Refuse and Recycling Customer Satisfaction Survey.
As the contract administrator, the COG Regional Refuse & Recycling Program is responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback on potential changes to the refuse and recycling collection contract. Your participation in the survey will help to identify possible improvements and priorities going forward.
This survey is for Ferguson Township residents with weekly curbside refuse collection service.
