Regional Human Relations Commission

The Regional Human Relations Commission (HRC) is tasked with hearing complaints brought before it on the basis of housing, employment, and public accommodations, under the terms and provisions of the Anti-Discrimination Ordinance and the ordinance establishing the Commission enacted by the participating Municipalities.

The HRC consists of seven members who shall serve overlapping terms of three years each. Members of the HRC shall be appointed by the State College Borough. Each municipality that is part of the HRC shall have at least one representative as submitted to the State College Borough Council for appointment to the Commission.
