Pennsylvania American Water Takes Interim Control of Rock Spring Water Company

As of March 20, 2025, Pennsylvania American Water is serving as the receiver of the Rock Spring Water Company (Rock Spring) under a Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission order.

For customers, this means that Pennsylvania American Water is now operating the system on an interim basis and will work to make improvements, all with the goal of delivering safe and reliable water service to customers.
