Excessive Heat Watch in Effect

An excessive heat watch is in effect across a portion of central Pennsylvania from Wednesday afternoon (July 1) through Friday evening (July 3) this week. Ferguson Township would like to remind residents of the following:

• Stay Cool: Limit time outdoors and keep yourself and your pets in an air-conditioned space as much as possible.
• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids. Encourage others to drink plenty of fluids, too.
• Stay Informed: Know the difference between Heat Exhaustion & Heat Stroke

Reminder: The Ferguson Township Municipal Building is climate-controlled and is open to the public from 8AM-5PM. Please stop in and cool off if needed.
