The Ferguson Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Tuesday January 28, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, and State College PA 16801 for the annual reorganizational meeting to hear the following request.
The variance application of the Islamic Society of Central Pennsylvania, 709 Ridge Ave., State College, PA regarding their property at 3765 West College Avenue, State College PA 16803. The applicants are requesting variances to the floodplain conservation regulations of the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 27-701. The property is located in the RA Zoning District.
