Stormwater Fee Study Phase 2

The Stormwater Advisory Committee has requested two additional meetings in early 2020 to discuss the Stormwater Fee Study Phase 2. The Advisory Committee has met with staff & a consultant seven times this past year. The goal of this project is to introduce a fee that will be put toward constructing water pipes to enhance the water quality going into the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, manage a Stormwater program, and rehabilitate failing Stormwater infrastructure. This is the second year of the study, with this year's initiative being defining scope of work & level of service for the program.
