Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) Update

Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP): The Township’s consultant, NTM Engineering, has completed the updated modeling for the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) Pollutant Reduction Plan, per review comments from PaDEP (Pa Department of Environmental Protection).  The draft report was reviewed by staff and will be advertised for public comment at a meeting tentatively scheduled for October 30th at the College Township building.  The revised model did not change the outcome of the previous model, meaning there was little impact on the estimated pollutants getting to the Chesapeake Bay, and no change in the required projects to mitigate impacts.  After the public comment period, the revised plan will be submitted to PaDEP for review and approval.
