Sidewalk Snow Removal

Since the first snowstorm of the year, our Ordinance Officer has given out many citiations due to residents not removing snow and ice from sidewalks. The Police Department would like to remind residents of Ferguson Township's Code of Ordinance.

It is the duty of property owners to clear the full width of the sidewalk within 24 after a snow or ice fall.
