Incident on July 12, 2020

On July 12, 2020, at 4:02 p.m., Ferguson Township Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Blue Course Drive for a crash involving a car and bicyclist. The bicyclist, an 84-year-old State College man, sustained life-threatening injuries. He was taken to the Mount Nittany Medical Center. The motorist, a 51-year-old State College woman was uninjured.
The preliminary investigation indicates that the bicyclist made a quick lane change crossing into the path of the car. The investigation is continuing.
