Bank Robbery Update (March 23, 2022)

State College, PA – The Ferguson Township Police Department is releasing additional information and pictures related to the bank robbery that occurred on March 23, 2022 at 15:48hrs.

The suspect parked a vehicle in a nearby parking lot and rode a black bicycle to the bank. After committing the robbery, the suspect rode back to his vehicle, placed the bicycle in the rear hatch area of the vehicle and fled the scene. The vehicle, a 2009 Honda CRV, dark grey in color (Urban Titanium Metallic) was last seen driving south on Blue Course Drive towards Whitehall Road. The suspect removed the license plate(s) from the vehicle. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’11 to 6’1” tall. Pictures of the suspect, the suspect’s vehicle, and bicycle are posted on Facebook as well as the police news on the township’s webpage (www.twp.ferguson.pa.us). The combination of pictures showing the suspect, the bicycle and vehicle may help aid in generating tips to identify the suspect.
