The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors has approved the Final Land Development Plan submitted by Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., on behalf of HFL Corporation. The Planning Commission reviewed this Plan during their January 13 meeting and recommended approval to the Board of Supervisors. The Development plan proposes to construct a 10,100 square foot multi-use, three-story building, as well as a 4-bay garage at West Cherry Lane.
The first floor of this building will house HFL offices, while the second and third floors will have 1 to 3 bedroom workforce and affordable housing apartments. Three vacant houses that currently sit on the lot will be demolished.
