Ferguson Township 2024 Real Estate Tax Due Dates
 

• April 30 - Last day to pay under discount period.
• June 30 - Last day to pay under face amount period.
• December 31 - Last day to pay timely for the year.

Please note that we cannot accept payments after the last day of the year. Postmarks on or before 12/31 are accepted. Payments made after 12/31 are considered delinquent and are sent to the County for collection by law.

State College Area School District 2024 Real Estate Tax Due Dates

Please be aware that the school adopted a referendum tax to fund the high school renovations. This amount is listed separately on the tax bill for your reference. All taxpayers are obligated to pay this additional tax. Please pay the Total Real Estate Tax amount.

• August 31 - Last day to pay under discount period.
