Township and School Real Estate Supplement Face Period Ends October 31

For those homeowners that have improved or added to the real estate in the past 12 months the supplemental real estate taxes are usually NOT paid by the mortgage escrow. Supplemental real estate taxes are interim taxes between years that the assessed value increases during the year and the county has not included the change on the annual real estate bill due to the timing of the billing

Face period is the default amount of tax without a discount or a penalty. Please make note that this is generally paid directly by the taxpayer.
