My Real Estate Taxes?
My Earned Income Tax and Local Services Tax?
For information about Real Estate Taxes for Ferguson Township, visit the Finance Department. Residents may pay by mail or in person via cash, check or money order. If you have any questions about Real Estate Taxes that are not answered on the website, contact the Township's Tax Office by email or by calling (814) 238-4651.
A Parking Ticket?
The Centre Tax Agency collects Earned Income Tax and Local Services Tax for Ferguson Township. The office is located at the State College Borough Municipal Building at 243 S. Allen St. State College, PA 16801.
Directions to Centre Tax Agency
Visit the Centre Tax Agency website for instructions on submitting a payment. If you have additional questions, you may contact Centre Tax Agency at (814) 234-7120.
Parking tickets may be paid in person or by mail. The Township does not currently accept online payments for parking tickets. Tickets may be paid in cash, by check, or money order. If mailing your payment, however, it is not recommended to pay by cash. Please make all checks payable to Ferguson Township.
Payments may be submitted outside regular business hours using the drop box in the front of the Municipal Building. Please follow the instructions on the ticket to properly submit payment.
Ferguson Township does not accept liability for lost or stolen payments.
Appeal a parking ticket
For a Permit?
Citations may be paid either in person or by mail at the Magisterial District listed at the top of your citation. The reverse side of the citation will have information regarding payment.
My Refuse Bill?
Application fees for permits may be paid by cash, check, or money order at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building. Please note that an application for a permit will not be reviewed until the application fee has been received. Other fees that may be associated with a permit such as escrows may be paid when the permit is ready to be picked up.

The Township participates in the Refuse and Recycling Program of Centre Region Council of Governments. To visit their website, click here. Payments for your refuse collection service may be submitted by mail, phone, or online by clicking here.

For the Adopt-A-Median Program?
Ferguson Township still has spots available on the adoption list if you or your group are interested in becoming involved! Participants are asked to commit to the program for at least two years and to clean their adopted road twice per year. For more information on how to become involved, contact the Receptionist at (814) 238-4651 or by email, or visit the Adopt-A-Road webpage.
